Heidi and Andrew, co-owners of Palmetto Orthotics and Prosthetics, were raised in a nationally known prosthetics business owned and operated by their parents, Shelley and David Perkins. Now the four caregivers have combined their experience to help patients achieve optimal mobility, function, and quality of life.
